Deleting your Bounce Swish account

Bounce Swish is developed by MergeVN4. You can ask for your account and game data to be deleted with the steps below.

How to ask

1. Send an email with the subject “Bounce Swish account deletion” to mergevn4@gmail.com.
2. Write your nickname in the game and when you last played; if you linked your account to Google Play Games, mention that too.
3. We may ask you questions to find your account. Once we find it, we delete it within 30 days at the latest and let you know by email.

What is deleted

Your nickname and player record, your game progress, your coin balance, your daily reward history, the looks you bought, your room memberships and your room results.

What stays for a while

Deleted data stays in database backups for another 30 days and is gone for good once those backups are deleted. Usage statistics and crash reports in Firebase are not tied to your nickname or player number; Google deletes them according to its own retention periods. The session key and settings on your device are removed when you uninstall the app.
